Vibrations Seris

With this mix, I wanted to bring you on an ethereal meditative journey, a trance induced trip. A moment in time and space where your soul can feel safe, rest and let go of all the accumulated energies. Please place yourself comfortably, take some deep breaths, savour this homecoming within your body . Let the rhythms of the music bring you to a place to find yourself, a place of abundant self love...

For my Upperberry mix and the unique concept of the series, I was inspired to teleport the listener to a really special and magical place that had a great role in creating the X-Coast universe - the Heroes of Might and Magic game series. Even the first version of the X-Coast island was visualized in HoMM III map editor. Behold - in front of you lies a pretty peculiar landscape. The first hour of t...

You wanna take a trip? The whole selection is a time travel through my life. While researching, it got very emotional for me, but in the best way. In the end I thought doing something I can listen to and take you with me. It’s as personal as it gets. It's a wild mix of Pop, Drum N Bass, Hip Hop, Trip Hop, Electronic Music you name it. It's dedicated to all my loyal fellow travelers in this life st...

From ambient through IDM, electronic, deep techno... Music that I have been listening for years while travelling, that relaxes me in stresfull moments of my life. Soundcloud ➟ @psyk Instagram ➟ www.instagram.com/psyk____ Facebook ➟ www.facebook.com/psykmusic

The mix is a blend of new things I've made, and artists that caught my attention. Some things I was listening to in pandemic times and a few things that are very dear to me. I chose to depart from techno halfway through the mix and I got to play some music I don't usually get to play, that inspires me almost endlessly. I wanted to play with the way I mixed it and I chose to use a computer, purists...

To contribute something to the series I recorded a few warmup‘s that I played recently in clubs. I chose the one recorded at my residency club in Cologne - Gewölbe. Beginning with Ambient, building up with Trance and House ending with some 4-to-the-floor tracks. Normally I’m recording mixes with a prepared selection at home, for this one I decided to take a club recording as mixing in clubs is mor...

I wanted to base this recording on the idea of Anemoia, a sense of nostalgia for something that you’ve never experienced, an intangible feeling in your gut that makes you yearn for an ideal that may not even exist. The mix entitled Psychedellic Romance, is based around an intense emotional connection in a lucid state. A flowing mix between 75bpm - 150bpm where only happiness and a carefree life prevails in a futuristic world of jungle and nature close earth. For this mix I focused on navigating at a slower pace, also letting some tracks breathe naturally. It's a minimalistic and personal take, different from what I usually deliver, but here are many of my foundations (aesthetic wise). 2021 has been a challenging year, physically, mentally and creatively. This is the first mix i've done in 12 months - a mixture of the arcane, past and modern; acoustic and electronic. A soundtrack to usher in the long winter nights and a closing of chapters. Soundcloud ➟ @codexempire Instagram ➟ www.instagram.com/codexempire Facebook ➟ www.facebook.com/codexempire

It’s 100 percent original unreleased stuff! The theme is “skyline drive memories and nostalgia of future past” It ranges from ambient to uptempo full time music to dub cuts to downtempo stuff. This is the first mix I have recorded since the autumnal equinox. It is dedicated to the absence of light. "...allein mir fehlt der Glaube." Soundcloud ➟ @aufnahme-wiedergabe Instagram ➟ www.instagram.com/educationlost Facebook ➟ www.facebook.com/wiedergabe

When recording this mix, I imagined a sunrise in the forest, an endless sea horizon, a huge space hall. This two-hour mix will take you on an ecstatic journey. Soundcloud ➟ @djhighfuture Instagram ➟ www.instagram.com/highfuture666 Facebook ➟ www.facebook.com/djhighfuture

This mix reminds me of the rain. The feeling of being humble inside with heavy clouds, rain and thunder outside is what it's inspired from. Soundcloud ➟ @dyenmusic Instagram ➟ www.instagram.com/dyen_music Facebook ➟ www.facebook.com/dyenofficial

This mix was inspired by various structures I've seen during my travels around the world. Soundcloud ➟ @matrixxman Instagram ➟ www.instagram.com/matrixxman Facebook ➟ www.facebook.com/matrixxman

I like to call this mix ‘Speed to Saturn’ - a sci-fi vision of what music will be playing as you travel in a Hyper Speed portal to a rave on Saturn, to escape a desolate and dystopian Planet Earth. The mix is a representation of what my friends and I have been experiencing and dancing to during the pandemic in Scotland. Currently our city of Glasgow has been in a depressing 9 months of lockdown, t...

This mix transport you in a dreamy, breakbeat, ambient, electro balanced atmosphere. The tracks have been put together after a long car ride. I felt inspired and ready for a little timeless adventure. Soundcloud ➟ @answercoderequest Instagram ➟ www.instagram.com/answercoderequest Facebook ➟ www.facebook.com/answercoderequest

With this mix, I’d like to present the listener with something that reflects a combination of both past and future tense. The journey is presented through an array of tracks that have given me inspiration over the years, accompanied by some fresh sonics of my own. Through pairing these 2 concepts, I offer something of a symbiont nature. At a genre-focused level, the mix explores a landscape of 140...

I compiled the tracks for this mix while thinking of a great scandinavian summer evening I had with good friends in Copenhagen last July. Soundcloud ➟ @philipp-drube Instagram ➟ www.instagram.com/philippdrube Facebook ➟ www.facebook.com/philippdrube

It was a real pleasure putting this mix together. It encompasses all the different abstract vibes and sounds across dance music, that have been inspiring and informing the music we have been making over the last year. I built this mix as if we were climbing a mountain, starting the climb from a lower BPM with more hypnotic, straight and focused beats, slowly speeding up the BPM near the top. The second hour we starting the descent built up with faster and schizophrenic mixes and uplifting melodies like an adrenal race towards the foot of the mountain. For this mix I wanted to do the complete opposite of how I DJ in a club. Normally I play three or four tracks at once, layering sounds and loops with them and cutting between them very quickly and aggressively. Here I am letting the tracks almost play out in full and taking a calmer, more relaxed approach. The tracks themselves range from music from Stephen Mallinder's debut solo LP Pow Wow from b...

This mix springs from a worried yet hopeful place in my mind reflecting on the past and whats to come in this new way of living we're all adjusting to, for the worse but definitely also for the better. It reflects the change and adjustment life is constantly demanding both naturally but also when forced upon you to make decisions and move on. It took me to both darker and happier places while crea...
