This week Ashika stops and notices the different dating patterns some of her friends have or are starting to have. The idea to talk about patterns came to her as some of her friends were discussing Ashika's own dating pattern that she hadn't really noticed before. Can we really break our dating patterns? 

Ashika invites her soon-to-be married older brother, Arnold, on the show to discuss how he met his fiancé. The siblings discuss the old school ways of arranged marriage versus the new more relaxed matchmaking techniques and Arnold gives an inside scoop on why he decided to turn to family for help in finding his life partner. 

Ashika is joined by dating and relationship coach, Varsha Mathur. Varsha has found love again and is now happily married but her and Ashika swap stories of what its like being South Asian and dating after divorce. As the conversation deepens, Varsha can't help but coach Ashika, just a little bit, as she shares her dating life woes.  

In Part 2, Ashika invites two friends on the show to share and discuss how to know when you truly are over it. The girl gang shares their own stories of baggage, trauma, hurts and how they've had some dating fails when they moved on too soon before they were healed.
