Episode 85: Dear Ninja, It's Just a Game by The Save Room

The year is 2020 and we've survived many terrible video games adaptations since the dawn of gaming. When news hit of a Sonic movie adaptation being in the works a few years back, the internet groaned over what would potentially be another needless video game movie, as well as a box office flop. Luckily for Sonic fans, we finally got a film adaptation of the blue blur that in the least is passable....

In my restless dreams, I see that town... But in reality we haven't had a proper Silent Hill since 2012 (demos for cancelled Kojima games notwithstanding). Rumors suggest Konami is planning a big comeback for the series, but will Christophe Gans beat them to the punch with a new movie?(!) Plus: - Resident Evil 8 might have werewolves? - That Star Wars license is finally working out for EA! - The N...

Also! - Sony is skipping E3 (Part II) - Horizon Zero Dawn is PC-bound...

The big three console makers are poised to strike like lightning this year and are raining down rumors galore. Will Nintendo release a Switch Pro this year? Will the PlayStation 5 be fully backwards compatible with every generation? Will Xbox turn its back on exclusives for good? The answer: a resounding 'probably.'
