Salmo 119:158-160 El salmista plantea en esta ocasión un serio desafio a la fe, al amor, a que el creyente se compare al plomo de la Palabra de Dios y medite cual es su postura en relacion a su pasion por Dios y por su Palabra. ¿Es su primer amor algo que se ha ido borrando con el tiempo?. ¿Existe un celo por Dios y su Palabra?. ¿Está su fuego apagandose y necesita ser agitado?

Psalm 119:155-157 This segment emphasizes the definition of a “wicked”, why salvation is so far away from them and what can be done about it. It also teaches us about the burning effect it produces in hearts when God revives his children. Lastly, it stresses the resolve to follow God and not abandon his way even in difficult circumstances.

Salmo 119:155-157 En este segmento se enfatiza la definició de un “impio”, porque la salvación esta tan lejos de ellos y que se puede hacer al respecto. Ademas nos enseña del efecto ardiente que produce en los corazones cuando Dios vivifica a sus hijos. Por ultimo, se recalca la resolución de seguir a Dios y no abandonar sus caminos aun en circinstancias dificiles.

Psalm 119:153-154 In this section the Psalmist tells us about the character of God, who is compassionate and who looks to the affliction of his people to save them and not to be just an indifferent observer. He also shares with us about the significance of revival in the life of the Christian and how it relates to the Word of God.

Salmo 119:153-154 En esta sección el Salmista nos habla del carácter de Dios, quien es compasivo y que mira a la aflicción de su pueblo para salvarle y no para ser solo observar en forma indiferente. Tambien nos comparte acerca de la significancia del avivamiento en la vida del cristiano y como es que se relaciona con la Palabra de Dios.

Salmo 119:149-152 Através de estos versos, el Salmista nos enseña la necesidad de perseverar en la Palabra de Dios, de cultivar un amor leal por Dios y su Palabra que transcienda el tiempo. Nos enseña que es nuestra fé fundada en la Palabra de Dios, la que nos permitirá estar firmes en las tormentas de la vida, cuando sea que vengan.

Psalm 119:149-152 Through these verses, the Psalmist teaches us the need to persevere in the Word of God, to cultivate a loyal love for God and his Word that transcends time. He teaches us that it is our faith founded on the Word of God, that will allow us to stand firm in the storms of life, whenever they come.

Salmo 119:145-146 Existe algo en la oración del creyente que representa un modelo de oración, lo cual agrada a Dios y es la sinceridad. Además en este segmento, compartimos acerca de un efecto no siempre expresado o silencioso del sufrimiento y es la obediencia. Por último también compartimos acerca del ministerio del Espiritu Santo el cual guia al creyente a la obediencia.

Salmo 119 :142-144 Concluimos la estrofa número 18 del Salmo 119 compartiendo aspectos fundamentales de la permanencia y firmeza de la Palabra de Dios através del tiempo. La necesidad de conocer a Dios mas profundamente para asi tener una perspectiva divina y eterna de las persecuciones y tribulaciones las cuales son parte del caminar cristiano.

Psalm 119 :142-144 We conclude stanza number 18 of Psalm 119 sharing some fundamental aspects of the stability and steadfastness of the Word of God through time. The need to know God more deeply in order to have a divine and eternal perspective of the persecutions and tribulations which are part of the Christian walk.

Salmo 119:139-141 En este segmento compartimos verdades fundamentales de la vida cristiana como la obediencia a los mandamientos de Dios, el amor a Dios y a su Palabra la cual genera en forma natural un celo debido a la falta de reverencia y de temor, no solo por parte del mundo, sino lamentablemente tambien por gran parte de la Iglesia que profesa ser cristiana.

Psalm 119:139-141 In this segment we share fundamental truths of the Christian life such as obedience to God's commandments, love for God and his Word which naturally generates jealousy due to lack of reverence and fear, not only on the part of the world, but unfortunately also by a large part of the Church that professes to be Christian.

Salmo 119:137-138 El Salmista nos enseña que el carácter justo y perfecto de Dios es presentado através de las Escrituras. Su Palabra es una revelación exacta de quien es Dios, y es una ventana al corazón mismo de Dios desde la cual nos permite ver la justicia perfecta de El.  El cumplirá cada advertencia y dara su justo pago a cada uno, conforme a lo bueno o malo que haya hecho.
