Send us Fan Mail The elevator ride to the 105th floor is about body language and non-verbal cues. Hope this episode sends you and your partner back to the moment you realized you were into one another. What was the body language like? How sweet it was to take a trip back in time to where we are now. Look up and let's elevate! Support the show https://www.fuzzyfurryforest.com

Send us Fan Mail Try this - when there's a lot going on around you - have a moment of silence. Shoot, take a few! You deserve that - you are worth, at least, that! Check-in with yourself. Have your moment of discovery into your mind, heart, and gut, and be assertively vulnerable! Look up and let's elevate.  Support the show https://www.fuzzyfurryforest.com

Send us Fan Mail So many times, people ask us to 'hear me out' when we really need to 'listen' them out. Try it when talking to someone - listen with your ears, heart, eyes mind, and gut. We need to recognize one another as people who are capable, gifted, and important. Look up and let's elevate.  Support the show https://www.fuzzyfurryforest.com

Send us Fan Mail The art of talking seems to have diminished. Our purpose in talking has changed to some degree. People talk to be heard and that's where it stops. What happened to its art? The intentions when talking; the purpose in connecting and learning from one another. We discuss the small talk, the impact of not being obsessed with self but for others, and the gift of gab. Look up and...

Send us Fan Mail The next 100 floors are all things '101.' A much-needed skill elevated every 30 days as we learn about the topic and ways to grow and develop in those areas. For the next month, we will be talking about communication and urge our community to strive to learn something new in this area every day. In this episode, we talk about chatting, phone calls, emails, and the use of...

Send us Fan Mail Childlike wonder and slowing down to celebrate this moment with you! What do you do when you stepped out into the unknown and now you know - 100 episodes later or 100 pounds later or a 100% grade on your dreaded exam later... whatever it is, you are worth celebrating. Send us Fan Mail Money having the final say is not a new theory or a 100% guarantee, but money does make the world go round. What we are going through today is not an exception. Let's talk about all the things even if opinions differ. Discovery and truth happen when people connect. Let's look up and elevate with our guest, Gloria Stowe. A world traveler and a nurse who also specializes i...

Send us Fan Mail This is an episode that starts our elevated conversation on the Quantum Dot, Luciferase, and booster shots. What does all this mean? We are into the woods.  We are in the thick of it - in the darkness and in the heavy debris. Look up and let's elevate! Support the show https://www.fuzzyfurryforest.com

Send us Fan Mail The word 'safe' has been a common theme in our daily conversations and ongoing news. When was the last time you felt safe? What do you do when your safety is compromised? Let's start the conversation so we can at least find some safety in being honest and looking out for one another. Look up and let's elevate.  Support the show https://www.fuzzyfurryforest.com

Send us Fan Mail Take this ride as we reference some of Gen the Builder's favorite 'Friends' quotes about friends. This is kind of strange and a little offbeat because we had a wonderfully weird night with friends, and no filter was required because we were in a sacred space.  Support the show https://www.fuzzyfurryforest.com

Send us Fan Mail We look up to address some things people on these elevator rides may not agree on.  We cancel subscriptions; we cancel reservations; we cancel plans but to cancel someone's voice because you don't agree is not what we should about. You can still hold true to your opinions and beliefs while not attempting to ostracize people. There are way too many powers that will try to...

Send us Fan Mail This episode is all about new beginnings since the number eight is all about that, and not to mention, we recorded this episode on 8/8. Double whammy! The GenKo Sound Co. is excited to have discovered something new in the vaccine world... we call it our 'ram in the bush.' As the episode progresses, we talk about being conscious by pausing before reacting; and connecting...

Send us Fan Mail We are wrapping up MBTI and talking about how we approach the outside world; how we deal with deadlines; and how we come to a closure. Send us Fan Mail Goodbye July and thank you for all the moments. Today we honor the struggle and celebrate the wins along with the recognition that in just a month we have changed... as it should be. We should be striving to grow and be totally fine with going through all the things to get there. Choose to learn, develop, and connect. Despite our differences, we have love, respect, and value in co...

Send us Fan Mail As people, we all have different methods of making decisions and coming to conclusions. According to MBTI, some of us are thinkers while others are feelers. Either way, we all come to a point of what we ultimately do but then pass judgement on those who may not do what we do. Let's remember that every person is different but our common ground here is that we must conclude tha...

Send us Fan Mail You are capable of getting the knowledge you need to make empowered decisions in your life and on behalf of your children. We need to take the time to be still and get in tune with the shift. Ask ourselves, "why is this shift happening, and how does that show up in my life?" As we wrap up 'sensing and intuitive,' we say this: get all the information - trust you...

Send us Fan Mail This episode breaks down how we take in information in different ways. There are people who prefer sensing and those who use intuition. We have a different perspective when we look at the same thing, and we trust our own perceptions. Our common ground though is that we perceive, period. We must acknowledge that there are many other ways of seeing the same object or situation. Open...
