Really?

Upon obtaining my new feline friends, I've learned somethings about them and about cats and dogs in general. I talked about training them ethically as well as some laws and regulations about them in different countries. A stray issue with cats and dogs as well is slowly increasing.

I talk about how simple everyday things like going to the grocery store in the Netherlands can be so different compared to in Malaysia and I progress to talk about the different legal systems in Malaysia and how different races can be viewed and treated that may be odd for people who have not had experiences in other countries or in Malaysia.

We dive into the construct of marriage and ask what makes it such a core value of society and why is it a must to achieve happiness in life...to some. Some personal experiences with marriages from different cultures. Posing the question of why it's such an important aspect outside the scope of religion.

A quick dive into my experiences in Malaysia in regards to marriages and the schooling system. I touch on my experiences with caning in school and how the schools run as compared to western countries and the cool cultural ways of getting married in Malaysia from a Chinese household.

Another box of society. We discuss the unwritten rules of free speech that not many people mention. We may be able to say "anything" yet again, there are many things we aren't allowed to say because it may be offensive or rude and so on. As free speech goes on, ironically the more and less we can say at the same time.

As things progress, there are many people with more and more variable views and it is interesting to see however, like many things, some views get more and more extreme on both ends of the spectrum. Mainly the reflection of the American political system.

What does it mean to critically think? I say that a lot but let's look behind that. We have fact over feeling and seeing which justification is fair. It's almost impossible to please everyone all the time, but we try our best to be fair. It's a good insight to see what exactly gauges as fair.

Everything's being cancelled everywhere you go! From pancakes to Dr. Suess to celebrities tweets from 20 years ago, what's next and what's exactly "right" here. It's getting harder and harder to tell so let's break it down a little bit.
