Purifying Word

ALLOW JESUS TO LEAD YOU INTO THE WILDERNESS AND DESERT AREAS OF YOUR LIFE. This is the Purifying Word Sunday reflection for the First Sunday of Lent. Remain on the mountaintop of prayer come what may. In time the storms of life will pass, and God’s presence will break through bringing us calmness, freedom and peace.

The mysteries of the Transfiguration of the Lord reveal the Glory and identity of Jesus as God, as the fulfilment of the law and prophets, as the beloved of the Father, as the One we must listen to in order to be pleasing to the Lord.
