We've declared the end of Manly's September hopes. But on the bright side, we also used the podcast as an hour long counselling session to make ourselves feel better about it. Find out who we'll be cheering for come finals time now that the Sea Eagles are out of the running!

You thought we were gone, didn't you? Nope! We persevere, three days late but determined not to let the losses get to us.

Sorry for the podcast delay! Surprisingly has nothing to do with the loss to the bulldogs and everything to do with Si's disorganisation (oops).

Imagine our glee at the prospect of sitting down for an hour and a half to analyse in detail the epic 18-16 win over the storm in Melbourne. I think we might have enjoyed this win more than Jurbo. Actually, no one enjoyed this win more than Jurbo.

We're more than halfway there. And with a difficult looking draw and no more byes after this round, it's looking like we might need a miracle. But we're happy to live on a prayer.

Notes from the nest has given a certain someone one more week to impress us.

Eh, we do our best to keep it light. It's still rugby league after all! Even if we are having to ask ourselves whether its possible we get the wooden spoon...

In difficult times (and Manly losing to the Knights after having a 16-0 halftime lead definitely qualifies), I (Si) often turn to the wisdom of Shakespeare. The Big Willy S once said: "What’s gone, and what’s past help, should be past grief." There's nothing we can do about Manly's on and off form this year. So we're doing our best to leave that grief in the past and greedily...

We had an absolute ripper of a Saturday night watching Manly welcome the Broncos to Brookvale oval for the first time in 9 years. Boy we've been inconsistent - but its better to be consistently inconsistent than consistently bad.

It's a tale of two halves in the recording studio this week (and by recording studio I mean our respective lounge rooms). First half of the podcast we try hard to cope with the disappointing loss against the Eels. Second half- well- it's all about the Blues, baby.

We had a good old-fashioned yap this Wednesday. So much so that we had to do a second recording session the next day to cover all the important stuff. Enjoy!
