Sometimes the anxiety is just too much and I want to go on meds. Where is my balance?

Too often we in the community of mental/spiritual illness come across people that are more than likely sincere and genuine with their perspectives on what we go through. Fact is, I'm not interested in your sincerity as it relates to what "I" go through unless you've experienced that exact same thing. Most of the time, many haven't. Just my thoughts.
