Dr. Richard Zeile
Martin Luther's Evening Prayer
"An Unchanging Faith for Changing Lives" describes the message of God for us in the turmoil of the 21st Century. This faith is taught at St. John's Lutheran Church of Taylor, Michigan, and other congregations of the Lutheran church-Missouri Synod. Rev. Dr. Richard Zeile, Pastor at St. John's, applies the Word of God to our everyday experiences. God's LAW always accuses, but God's GOSPEL shows where grace can be found, through Jesus Christ who died for our sin, but rose that we may have eternal life.

Orthodoxy is Right Teaching, Right Praise 05.04.2019 16:55
Christians emphasize right teaching about God, based on the Bible, and only this can be the basis for right praise of God. Psalm 145 exhibits this, and one sign of an orthodox church is that her people pray the Psalms. The devil gives us false expectations of God and then uses our disappointment to destroy our faith. Our confidence is based on what God has promised, not on what He hasn't. Sen...

Forgiveness Through Us 16.05.2018 17:45
We have received forgiveness from God; but it may not stop there. Like water in a pipe, forgiveness must flow through us to others. It is not a law that we must forgive in order to be forgiven, but IF we are forgiven, we will extend that forgiveness to others. Matthew 18 gives a picture of how this might work in the Christian community. Send us Fan Mail

David's Son had to Die for David's Sin 27.04.2018 22:49

It cost David the life of his son- the infant born of his sin, and later, the promised Son o who was both David's Son and David's Lord. We can learn from David's examp...
