Let's Anime

Welcome, welcome! It's our summer wrap of 2024. We managed to fit it all into one episode... sorta. Anyway, there's some breaks, a lot of stories about cats and several shows wrapped and scored! Covered on this episode: Failure Frame: I Became the Strongest and Annihilated Everything with Low-Level Spells, 2.5 Dimensional Seduction, Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, A Journey Through A...

Welcome, welcome! Its nearly summer wrap up time, but today we still have a few shows to catch you up on after a long story about a work trip from Dustin. Lindsay covers Tower of God and The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies. While Dustin covers The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses and The Ossan Newbie Adventurer, Trained to Death by the Most Powerful Party, Became Invincib...

Welcome, welcome! Today we've got more anime fun and maybe some non-anime fun! Dustin covers the Chinese animation The Girl Downstairs and Terminator Zero. Lindsay meanwhile covers SHOSHIMIN: How to Become Ordinary and Shy.

Fixed! Not sure what happened with the audio, but it's all better now. Welcome, welcome! Today we finally cover the newest season of Demon Slayer! That's not the only thing that both Lindsay and Dustin both watched, as you may have guessed from the image it's No Longer Allowed In Another World! Lindsay also covers Suicide Squad Isekai and Dustin covers Failure Frame: I Became the Stron...

Welcome, welcome! It's anime time and while Lindsay didn't love anything she talked about it does make for an engaging conversation about Ramen Akaneko, Shoshimin: How To Become Ordinary, and Plus-Sized Elf. Meanwhile, Dustin talks about too much about I Parry Everything and Oshi No Ko. He also learns how to say the title properly!

Welcome, welcome! We did that thing where we finish watching some more first episodes. Well Dustin did, Lindsay only watched 4 more shows and they're all pretty terrible. Dustin has another 12. Gonna be a lopsided episode. Here's what we cover: Bye Bye Earth, Days With Me Stepsister, The Elusive Samurai, A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring, Love Is Indivisible b...

Welcome, welcome! We don't actually have a part 2 planned, but we'll have a part 2. It's a big ass summer first episode for you, we've got like 24 shows to talk about or something close to that. Here's what's covered: 2.5 Dimensional Seduction, Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture, Dahlia in Bloom: Crafting a Fresh Start with Magic...

Welcome, welcome! To part two of our spring 2024 wrap. First and foremost, I promised a story at the beginning of the episode and towards the end of the story I realized I would definitely get fired for telling it so I awkwardly kept the part that I could keep. Anyway, for anime we talk about the rest of the shows that wrapped including one that started towards the end of the winter season! Shows...

Welcome, welcome! We're beginning our Spring wrap and it's honestly not very much. Only 8 shows covered this time around. Those shows are... I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability, Bartender Glass of God, A Condition Called Love, Re:Monster, Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included, KonoSuba, and A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics.

Welcome, welcome! We tried something new this week on a bonus episode in which we take a look at what shows are coming this summer. It's short, it's sweet... It's probably not a very good episode, but we did it so I'm posting it. And since you didn't get me a Father's Day gift, you can listen to this episode instead.

Welcome, welcome! What a difficult season of anime to get through huh? Some of us are struggling more than others, but today we talk about A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics, Yatagarasu: The Raven Does Not Choose Its Master, The New Gate, Go! Go! Loser Ranger! and Dead Dead Demons Dededede Destruction.

Welcome, welcome! Lindsay has some kind of theme today, torture or pseudo-audio-masochist... That's right, Blue Exorcist and Black Butler make their way back to the show! Meanwhile, Dustin is covering Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included and Re:Monster. Sorry for the long story in the beginning.

Welcome, welcome! We're keeping it routine today with just two shows each. Lindsay has a theme going with Vampire Dormitory and A Condition Called Love. While Dustin aims to confuse with Grandma and Grandpa Turn Young Again and the 7th Prince... hold on I have look up the tile to this fucking show... I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability, which is...

Welcome, welcome! If you know anything about that title, then you know that Black Butler is back! Cry, weep, cry again. We also have Kaiju no. 8, The Fable, Konosuba and the Spy Family movie to talk about.

Welcome, welcome! Last season was great for anime, how will the spring season fare? You must listen to find out, but we cover practically every show that's been released prior to our recording. Shows covered: An Archdemon's Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride, As a Reincarnated Aristocrat I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise into the World, Astro Note, A Banished Former Hero Lives as He...

Welcome, welcome! We're wrapping up winter 2024 today. Lindsay won the season which feels like a loss to her. Apparently, we talked about damn near all of the good shows last time and so we're mostly left with the junk... should make for good listening! Shows talked about on this episode include: Bucchigiri!?!, The Dangers in My Heart, Isekai Onsen Paradise, Ishura, Matallic Rouge, Mr. Vil...

Spring is in the air and allergies are flared! Just not on this episode. This is part one of our winter season wrap up. We have a lot of heavy hitters and a new rating system! Shows covered on this episode include: 7th Time Loop: The Villian Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worse Enemy, Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki, Chained Soldier, Classroom of the Elite, Delicious in Dungeon, The Foolish...

Day Light Saving is stupid, dumb and I hate it. Anyway, we've got a great episode for you today or not because we're recording and releasing this on DLS which is the just the fucking worst. The Unwanted Undead Adventurer is covered along with Isekai Onsen Paradise. That's followed up with some Classroom of the Elite season 3, Sasaki and Peeps, High Card season 2 and Chained Soldier. Th...

Oppai! Oppai! We've got a lot more of that on this episode of Let's Anime! Lindsay thankfully reminds Dustin that he also submits a poll every episode and then we talk about life, boobies, and anime. Including Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki, The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil, Gushing Over Magical Girls, Ninja Kamui, Tales of Wedding Rings and 'Tis Time for "Torture," Pr...

Welcome, welcome! You know what time it is, anime time! Upon typing that I hated it so much, but I left it anyway so that I didn't have to think anymore and could go play Palworld. We got the good stuff for you today though, dim the lights, put on clean underwear because they're about to get dirty! We're talking about 7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys A Carefree Life Married to Her...

210 - Welcome, welcome! Listen... there was only one thing to call this episode and for once I was kind because even I didn't want "Cum Bread" blasting on my screen as the title, but that is what the episode is called. At any rate, a lot of little things are covered on this episode so here's the list: Bucchigiri?!, Delicious in Dungeon, Gushing Over Magical Girls, Hokkaido Gals A...

Welcome, welcome! Here's the second part of our long ass first episode preview. We're tired on this episode and Lindsay's goddamn cat makes several appearances... I've asked for his permanent removal from future episodes. Episodes covered to the best of my memory: 7th Time Loop, Blue Exorcists, Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki, Chained Soldier, Classroom of the Elite, The Demon Princ...

Welcome, welcome! We have watched damn near every first episode that has released this season, but instead of ranting for 4 hours nonstop we've broken it up into two episodes! Here's my best guess of everything we covered on this first episode! Cherry Magic!, Delicious in Dungeon, Delusional Monthly Magazine, The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil, Looking Up To Magical Girls, Hokkaido Ga...

207 - Happy New Year! We have our end of the year list for you right on time for the first day of the new year. Find our favorites and least favorites in the following categories. 206 - Welcome, welcome! It's our last episode of 2023 (according to our time zone) and we're going through our wrap up episode for the fall 2023 season! There are too many shows to list, but if you listened to our fall 2023 first episode... episode, then you'll hear a follow up to a lot of those shows. Happy New Year!
