It's 2025 and with a new year, a new Mantra- Be Still and know that he is God. I am saying welcome to being more intentional in the things I say yes to and saying good by to some wonderful things that have finished in the last year. I hope you will join me in the hope and plans for a new year!

My podcast is 1 year old! And I am 49 years old tomorrow! Its a time to celebrate and remember that life is beautiful in all its colors.

In this short episode I talk about some of my thoughts from a summer reunion I had with the V.O and Naomi Jackson Family descendants. This is an updated version of a previously posted episode that had technical difficulties. Some times done is better than perfect. But sometimes we can try and do a little bit better.
