Guilt V.S. Shame. Stop letting shame rule over your life. It's time to overcome that guilt and move on. Move on to self-growth and back into love.  We all make mistakes, but it's about learning from them, and allowing ourselves to grow. But with the baggage of shame we have to carry, we can never fulfill our purpose. So let's get up together and fight this baggage of shame.

Pride is one of the biggest obstacles that interferes with our growth and with the love that we recieve. Is it okay to be proud of yourself? Should you boast what you have? What do you have? What does my pride interfere with? Do I treat people differently because of my pride? Do I treat myself differently because of it? Time to erase pride from our system, and truly let ourselves grow.

The foundation of a relationship is based on trust. A relationship without trust, is not a relationship. Although our trust has been beaten up, we need to take our barriers down and learn to trust again. No halfsies, but full trust again. Rebuilding trust takes time, and be patient. Forgiveness allows for real freedom. Freedom for the forgiven, and freedom for the forgiver. Stop poisining yourself by holding on to that bitterness, and start setting yourself free from that. Forgiving someone even when it's difficult, and you might not want to, allows for real growth in yourself.
