July 2024 is amongst us🥹. Can we believe we are halfway through the summer?! Where did the time go? Nonetheless, another month, another time to set some goals reevaluate the ones we have.

Self-reflection is one of those skills that I don't love honing but understand the importance of it. I know that its needed for growth, that it's needed for understanding, and that it's needed to be able to guide. I hope you all enjoyed this episode and were able to grab some gems from it.
