This episode is one that I re-recorded bc the original one sounded rushed. This one sounds a little all over the place bc of how long these feelings have been in my heart. I took a road trip to Virginia with one of my best friends and this episode details my wonderful experience.

It’s my 30th birthday & as usual I wrote a letter to myself to honor my being here. I decided to share it in hopes to inspire others to write letters to themselves. I’ve written longer letters to myself in the past but I think that the healing I’ve done thus far made this particular one shorter than the past ones.
