Melisa: Why can’t I add someone on Facebook? What’s stopping me? Ever tried to send a friend request only to realize you just… can’t? Is it a settings issue? Did they block you? Let’s figure out what’s happening. Drake: There could be a few reasons: they might have reached the 5,000-friend limit, their settings might block friend requests, or they’ve declined your requests in the past.

Melisa: Here’s a tricky one—If I block someone on Facebook, will they know? Blocking someone feels final, but does Facebook actually let the person know? And what changes for them once they’ve been blocked? Drake: Nope! Facebook doesn’t notify people when they’re blocked. However, they might notice if they search for your profile and can’t find it or message you and can’t reach you. It’s a discree...

Melisa: If you’re posting Reels on Facebook, you’ve got to ask—When’s the best time to post them? Timing is everything when it comes to engagement, right? Based on studies, the best times are typically early evening (6–9 PM) when people are unwinding or lunchtime (12–2 PM) when they’re taking a break....

Melisa: Let’s go old-school for a sec—What does the Facebook 'poke' even mean? Remember pokes? They were a big deal back in the day, but… what were they for, exactly? And do people still use them now? Drake: Poking on Facebook was a way to say, “Hey, I’m thinking of you!” It’s playful and casual—kind of like a digital nudge. The feature isn’t widely used anymore, but you can still find it on some...

Melisa: Why isn’t my Facebook working? Seriously, what’s going on? We’ve all been there—Facebook won’t load, you get that spinning wheel of doom, or something just isn’t right. What could be causing the problem, and how do you fix it? Drake: Alright, let’s troubleshoot! First, check your internet. Sounds basic, but hey, it happens! If your connection’s fine, restart the app or clear its cache—that...

Melisa: Let’s settle this debate—Facebook with Messenger built-in or a separate app for Messenger? Which one makes more sense, and when should you use either? Some people swear by having Messenger as a separate app, while others like everything in one place. So what’s the deal here? Which option works best, and why? Drake: If you use Facebook primarily to browse and occasionally chat, the main app...

But how do you actually confirm if someone unfriended you, or if it's just a glitch? Drake: It happens to the best of us! To check, go to the person’s profile. If you see an “Add Friend” button instead of “Friends,”...

Drake: So, this is probably one of the most asked questions about Facebook, right? Here’s the thing: Facebook doesn’t let...
