A tritone sine wave is duplicated, phase inverted, and offset from the original at 1 ms per quarter note. The result is converted to MIDI twice with slightly different parameters for each. A generated 220 hz tone is modulated with a 1 hz right sawtooth wave (to get sharp transients), and sent through a series of layered delays.
