Join Jordan and Josiah as they unpack who God is as the trinity and how his social nature allows us to work with him using our spiritual abilities.

We continue our series in our spiritual gifts.  What does a godly community look like?  How do we use our gifts in community? Join us as we unpack 1 Corinthians 12 and talk about Knowing God in Community. 

Josiah Flaman joins Jordan Clark on our first bible study episode.  We go through specific strategies in the certain disciplines we can adopt in our personal lives so that we can grow closer to God.  John 15 2 Corinthians 5:20-21 2 Peter 14 Deuteronomy 10-11 The Bible Project on Youtube for further bible reading resources. 

We define prayer this morning and look at Matthew 26:36-44 as Jesus prays with the Father before he goes to the cross.  How often to you spend time with God? 

We look at Romans 15 and learn that we cannot please ourselves we must be searching to please God instead of ourselves.

How can we be like Christ in this time of social unrest?  What is the proper response?  We unpack the beatitudes as we learn the heat of Jesus' ministry.  We also learn that we need to wrap our identity in Jesus Christ and not the movements of the world. 

Today we talk about the power of the spoken word and what prophecy plays in our current lives.  We find comfort in scripture knowing that times of plague have come before this time. 

We have guest Edward Robertson on our show as we discuss how two disagreeing faith's can work together and build a relationship.  We also discuss the pitfalls and triumphs of organized religion.
