Two simple verses round out Paul's poem about the blessings that the Trinity bestows on us related to our salvation. Two simple verses packed with a tremendous amount of truth.

The blessings that God has predestined for His children are both now (in part) and also not yet (in full). The wonderful and sometimes difficult part is that those blessings are also tied to God's people, the Church. What does it look like for us to allocate and operate in those blessings as God's people now?

Following his greeting to the Ephesian church, Paul begins a poem of sorts that details the blessings Christians have from each member of the Trinity, and how those blessings are part of a package deal for any and all who are "in Christ."

Ephesians is one of Paul's prison letters written not to just one local congregation, but several churches in and around the city of Ephesus in Asia Minor (modern Turkey). In his greeting to the Christ-followers there, Paul explains to them just how very rich they are in the things of the Spirit!
