EDEN PRAIRIE ASSEMBLY

God never intended for us to have an arms-length or mystical understanding of His Holy Spirit. In fact, Jesus promised that the Holy Spirit would simply “take what is mine and reveal it to you” (John 16:15). This event is meant to help us understand, experience and practice the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives... To enable us to be powerful witnesses (Acts 1:8) and become stronger in our fait...

When we talk about serving God and serving others through the local church and in our lives, we’re really focused on one main question: Are we contributors to God’s work or consumers of God’s work?

Oftentimes, when people hear the word, “church,” they think of a building with a Cross or a steeple. Or, they think of “going to church,” attending a local church campus. The Church is much more than a place. The Church is people - Jesus followers. This week, let's look at the importance of community in our lives what it looks like regarding the church. .

As we wrap up our Grace & Truth series, we will look at two groups of people... Jesus followers who are in danger of turning away from Jesus and nominal Christians. Then, we will look how we can inspire people to follow Jesus, and not turn away?

Pastor Chris continues our series on Grace and Truth. This week he will point us to truth, our response to truth, and define some different groups of people.

Like Jesus, we want to embrace with grace that leads to truth. Like Jesus, we want to seize opportunities to speak the truth. When opportunities present themselves, we want to be ready to share the truth people need to hear. Jesus took opportunity that was before Him in John 8. An intended trap of the Pharisees turned into a moment of encounter with Jesus. Pastor Chris explores that in Part 5 of o...

Can we meet people with the grace that leads to opportunities for truth? Can truth seekers come and explore? Can the lost, the prodigals come home? Pastor Christ Cleveland continues our series on Grace & Truth.

Special guest, Bill Tibbetts, shares his journey with Jesus and how empathy & wisdom connect to grace & truth, and the application of Luke 15.

Jesus was full of grace and truth (John 1:14). Christ followers live in the tension of grace and truth, and seem to often live one end of the spectrum or the other. Truth without grace is mean; grace without truth is meaningless. How can we live in the balance of grace and truth?
