Carrot Lane

Thanks to everyone who jumped on the livestream today! Every now and then, I like to hop on, answer a few questions, and just riff on whatever comes to mind. Today’s session was a fun one — went down a few unexpected rabbit holes. I’ll continue to do these weekly at random times to catch different people — I won’t always email them out, so stay tuned. If you’ve got a question or just want to chat,...

In case you missed it, here’s yesterday’s livestream featuring me! I love doing these AMAs — they’re a quick pulse check, and it’s refreshing to see so many of you getting into the NFT ecosystem. I know some of you might find it tricky setting up the wallet and going through the rigmarole of connecting to OpenSea and adding Ethereum — but honestly, it’s like riding a bike. Once you’ve done it and...

Curio Cards is a project I talk about often. In my view, it’s the best risk-adjusted option in the NFT space, and I’d recommend that anyone who hasn’t explored NFTs yet buy one as a learning experience. Holding a historical asset will spark interesting conversations, and you’ll have the serendipity of a significant percentage gain. Thank you Edwardy , Beth M , Chris , and many others for tuning in...

Big thanks to everyone who joined the NFT live chat today (Monday—same time every week, 10am EST). I’ll be mixing things up now and then with a few guests, but I really appreciate those of you showing up consistently. Right now feels like the time to finally pull the trigger on NFTs. Search volume has doubled. New mints are up. Trading activity is climbing. The space is bubbling again. If you can...

Merry Christmas, everyone! This will be my last official post before Santa does his thing in a few days. I may do more sporadic live streams before the new year—we’ll see how the wine flows! First off, I want to wish you all a fantastic festive season and take a moment to thank everyone who has supported my work this year. In three months, I went from 1,000 substack subscribers to 5,000, and I now...

Thanks to everyone who joined my second livestream. I'm committed to making these sessions more valuable and helping you build a solid framework to assess projects on your own. For those on the Founding Plan , we'll explore some historical projects I haven't shared publicly and look into strong founder-led intellectual property plays. The share screen-style environment online will be a good place...

I joined a live call tonight, and it was a lot of fun—my first time testing out the app's features. Thanks to those who joined — It was a little rough around the edges, but we got there in the end. I'll be doing another one tomorrow at 5 pm EST—so 10 pm UK time. Feel free to join again. I'll be opening it to a wider audience outside of the paid subscribers. So hopefully, expect some fireworks, lol...
