Now that we are saved, now what? Do we return to the law? Or how do we live our life? Consider living your life every day by the Gospel, the Good News about Jesus Christ and what He came and did and continually does for us.

Looking at the last chapter of the book of Genesis. Do not seek revenge. Looking at 2 Timothy 4:14-16 as a reminder that people will wrong us.

Here we study the last words to Jacob`s sons, and the future of their tribes. We looked at Acts 15 concerning sexual immorality. And who is the Shepherd mentioned in Genesis 49:24, using Psalm 23:1 and John 10:11.

We look at Jacob/Israel blessing Josephs children and how he purposely reverses his hands to bless the younger with the elders blessing.

We look at how there is an immediate physical blessing of Egypt because of Jacob and his family. We also look at what spiritual blessings we should desire every day through Ephesians 1:3,13.

Should Christians be victims in this world? What does Joseph do when he is confronted with his brothers face to face? We see how Jesus responds to those persecuting Him unto death: Luke 23:32-34. How Stephen responds to people persecuting Him: Acts 7:51-60. And we see what Romans 12:17-19 and Hebrews 12:14-15 has to say about revenge and bitterness.

Today we will see Israel humble himself and send Benjamin his son to Egypt. We also look at what Paul says in Philippians 3:12-16 about pressing toward the goal, to be made more in the image of Christ.

Today we read about Josephs brothers going to Egypt to buy food because the famine on the land was so great. We looked at 1 John 4:18-19 and learn what (or Who) casts out our fears that torments us. And we look at how good God has been to us, and we can trust Him through hard times, see Romans 8:31-39.

Here we look at Joseph fulfilling the purpose that God had chosen him for. We look at how the government is under God`s authority (Romans 13:1-7). And that trials should bring us closer to God (James 1:2-4).

We take a look at Genesis 40 and 41:1-16. We see the example that Joseph gives us for giving God the glory and how he is a type of Christ who is to come. We looked also at Ephesians 4:20-24 to see how we should live and walk in this world as followers of Christ.

We look at Joseph and how he walks before God in his servanthood. 1 Peter 2:18-25 Colossians 3:22-25
