Below The Dot: A Degrassi Podcast

Was Damien friends with Drake? Is Manny sleeping with the enemy? Who are Keiko & Suki? How do you even pronounce Gloucester? This episode may be filled with more questions than answers, but we hope you'll give it a listen anyway to receive your weekly recap of our favorite Canadian teen drama.

TW: Death. Also, I said we'll be back next week, but that was a lie. Tune in to hear the recap of the aftermath of JT's untimely death. Ellie does a piece for The Core and - just like JT's death - I do not understand why.

TW: Death. In this ridiculously one-part episode, Terri fails trivia & Chris is present. That's about the best we can ask for at this point.

CW: Craigory & cocaine become very good friends much to Manny's disappointment & Ellie's captain save a hoe efforts. Also, JT gets Toby's ass kicked.

It's the second coming of Sean Cameron (or the third, or the fourth) which means it's judgement day for Emma Nelson. It's time that she atones for her sins at the mouth with Jay Hogart - and, yes, we do think it's incredibly sexist of Sean to be mad. Tune in for trivia and trips down memory lane and we rehash old stories while recapping another episode.

What was the reason? We do not know. What was the resolution? We don't know that either. I do know that Terri passes trivia with 100% this week and that aptitude tests seem like a terrible thing to put high schoolers through.

Y'all, did Terri even watch this episode because why does she only get 1/6 trivia questions correct? In this episode we do trivia, we recap the episode, and we briefly touch on an incident which happened to Melissa McIntyre recently (shared on her IG account). Tune in to hear the latest news & coolest recap.

Terri gets 100% in trivia this week - but the catch is that there was only one question. Darcy acts like a judgmental jerk and things are hard for Jimmy in all of the wrong ways. Tune in to find out.

Hooray, no ads for you this week! But also, can y'all tell a friend to tell a friend so I can add them back and buy a new microphone? Anyway, in this week of Below the Dot, Emma learns absolutely nothing about privilege or prison, but remains somewhere in the middle simply pining after Sean Cameron. I really wanted better for this girl and she ended up giving us nothing. Anyway, speaking of gi...

If you're holding out for a new villain to replace Jay or Spinner, look no further because the king has officially arrived. In this opening episode for season 6, we learn that Manny was right about ya boy Peter all along. Also, Ellie experiences dorm life and it's boring.

In this season finale episode, we're treated to two fights & several surprise guests - one who might be staying. For the occasion, Terri decided to ace trivia this year and Chris is mad her job doesn't allow her to watch Degrassi on the clock anymore.

Terri came out of this episode scoring a 25% on trivia questions. This might be her lowest score yet.

CW: disordered eating/exercise habits. In this two-part episode of Degrassi, Chris & Terri cover the one time Emma fell down a rabbit hole of disordered eating and Hazel called Alex what she is: poor and fashion-impaired. Oh, and Snake realizes he's tired of sleeping on Joey's couch so he makes an effort to get Spike back. Tune in to find out which trivia questions Terri aced and faile...

In this episode of Degrassi, Spinner decides that he answers to a higher power named Linus. Emma answers to a higher power called minding everyones business but her own. Terri is going to get a 40% at trivia, and it's pretty sad to listen to. Tune in to find out who got Chris sick.

In this episode, Chris & Terri talk about as many subjects as they can to avoid discussing Liberty & her background pregnancy. Additionally, Craig runs off to Vancouver to pursue his music career. Remember that statement, because it will help you for trivia next week. Hint, hint (Terri). Tune in to hear our thoughts on this week's episode.

We're back for another two-part episode within the Degrassi universe. Tune in to hear Terri ace trivia, Paige explore her sexuality, and Emma resist the urge to snitch on Snake to her momma.

In this episode of Degrassi, Ellie pushes up on Jimmy much to Hazel's dismay and Spinner distances himself from the devil in flesh (Jay) and pushes up on a better relationship with Jesus instead (after it comes to his attention that he needs to forgive himself). Terri doesn't do so well with trivia, and we announce that we'll be taking a 1 week break for summer rest.

Nothing. I know absolutely nothing. In fact the only thing that I do know is the fact that I know nothing. Do you know who also doesn't know anything? Marco Del Rossi. He should've just sat there and ate his food but instead he caught himself giving unsolicited advice. Tune in for a trivia surprise & a special guest! Don't get your hopes up too high, it's just my daughter.

Chris & Terri are back to recap the one time Liberty got pregnant & the Degrassi writers made it all about JT. Tune in to hear commentary, tidbits & trivia. It'll be a wild long ride, but we hope you enjoy the go

Step aside Liberty VanZandt; take a seat on the sideline because Jimmy Brooks' mental health journey is the star of this episode. Wow, is this the Blackest episode of Degrassi ever? Tune in to find out if Terri passes trivia

In this episode, the God of Wifi tries to hold us back and yet we persevered. Terri almost aces trivia this week, we share some fun tidbits, and Ellie makes a damn fool of herself.

Liberty wasn't hiding her pregnancy from her world; she was hiding the world from her pregnancy. In this episode, we discuss how accidents will happen, and Terri takes another stab at trivia. Spinner explores the idea of forgiving himself in the absence of forgiveness from others.

Do y'all know what's going to keep Paige warm at night? Those degrees. You have to be this old to understand that joke. Paige prances through the halls of Degrassi this week telling anyone who will listen (which isn't many) that she's going to Banting to receive a business degree and she's going to be set for life. Will she jeopardize her future by one impulsive mistake? No, sh...

Two broke bitches recap this week's season 5 premiere episode, and it takes us forever and a day to do so. Tune in for trivia, random facts that you didn't ask for, and a play-by-play recap that will blow your minds away.

In this week of Below the Dot, Terri passes trivia with a 75% and we propose a new segment of the show. Also in Degrassi-verse, Craig and Caitlin make terrible choices, and Ashley gets away.
