Today we'll be eating Ishigotto - a roll inspired by Wendell and Cynthia's son, guava rolls, and shrimp tempura rolls. Washing it down will be Yuzu Chicha Morada, a drink made from purple corn with Ishilima's own added twist.

He chose Mamajuana Cafe, a latin cafe located in South Florida with a menu encompassing all the Dominican food you can think of as well as some surprises to please any palate.
