Do you have a favorite urban legend?? Tell us in the comments!

Happy Spooky Season! To celebrate, we've got an AY pick this week -- Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the movie, y'all). We dig into society's obsession with vampires and then, honestly, things get unhinged from there: Bag of Steaks, JD in a Scrooge hat, Evita, women need pockets, Hamlet, hearts shooting out of AY's face, and Superman vs. Luther Vandross?

Doing movies out of order is fun... right?? We sure hope so because this week we've got AY's pick -- Wayne's World! This episode has everything... JD listing Pittsburgh TV stations, Hot Takes & Toasty Opinions, and AY refusing to accept a 6-album deal.

This episode has everything -- we question if this movie is part of the Mandela Effect, wonder if Waynestock is the original Fyre Festival, and introduce the theory of the old white man continuum.

It's still the Summer of Sequels AND we have a guest?! Does that make you feel "joyful, joyful"? Well, it better because our guest Tony Rosenthal has brought us Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit! We've got a theme this summer... it's the Summer of Sequels! Every episode this summer will be dedicated to a sequel that we know better than the original. Feel free to judge our selections.

It's our first GUEST PICK! Please welcome our longtime friend and your favorite "guy from that commercial"... Eddie Blackwell! For as long as we've known Eddie, he's loved the movie Liar Liar. So of course we had to invite him to talk about it with us! This episode has everything -- debating who the real villain is, sauce sandwiches, and discovering who lied during the record...

Alright, alright, alright. It's an AY pick -- Dazed and Confused! This episode has everything... nose acting, Giovanni Ribisi's sister, overuse of the phrase "smacking butts", and Tish breaking out the boxing glove as AY and JD argue over Ben Affleck's character.

It's time for a JD pick -- Richie Rich! This episode has everything... we ponder the big questions like: Is this a family-friendly movie? Is Richie Rich a James Bond ripoff? Is this actually JD's favorite movie?

Kicking off 2025 with an AY pick -- Airheads! This episode has everything... Los Angeles, wigs, and a philosophical conversation about the death (?) of rock and roll.

We're back! We took an accidental hiatus... but we are back at it! New episode drops May 1st. Tish says hi.

It's an AY pick (even though JD has seen it more than 5 times) -- Love Actually! This episode has everything... our ranking of the love stories, hot takes, and feeling the Christmas spirit. Which storyline is your favorite? We want to know!

We've got an AY holiday pick -- White Christmas! This episode has everything... AY randomly singing (a lot), JD being very upset about age differences, and the holiday spirit.

It's an AY pick -- Adventures in Babysitting! This episode has everything... a discussion about the hypothalamus, terrible pronunciation of Vincent D'Onofrio's name, and AY explaining screenwriting to JD.

It's Thanksgiving! No new episode this week but more coming soon! Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving (or a Happy Thursday if you aren't in the US). Love, JDAY & Tish

This one was definitely a JD pick -- it's Space Jam! This episode has everything... AY flaunting her (minimal) sports knowledge, a theory that Air is a prequel to this movie, and JD says "butts" a lot!

Celebrate Halloween with a JDAY pick -- Hocus Pocus! This episode has everything... counting dead men's toes, questioning the parenting habits of Salem residents, and JD's theory about whether cats can talk.

In honor of Halloween season, it's an ooky spooky JDAY pick -- The Shining! (get it??) Click here to check out the Wendy Theory video mentioned throughout this episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRr_0W...

It's our very first JDAY pick! That means we BOTH have seen this movie 5 or more times. This episode has everything... quotes, quotes, and more quotes! (Oh and other discussion, too)
