Ina's friends are coming over this weekend for brunch and there's no WAY she's going to make the mistake of having another omelet party again, yikes! The theme is 'make it ahead' as she whips up a batch of scones with homemade raspberry butter, homemade granola, orange yogurt, and a stunning potato and basil frittata.

Thanksgiving is coming early this year and thankfully Ina is giving us a foolproof plan to hosting a successful Thanksgiving dinner! Ina turns the volume up by serving an herb roasted turkey breast, gravy with a splash of brandy, along with celery root and apple puree. It's officially Summer and Ina is back at the beach for a BBQ in the SAND. On the menu is BBQ chicken, Szechuan noodle salad, broccoli with garlic and soy, and s'mores! Ina also shows us a few ways to turn the volume up on plain old vanilla ice cream. Grab the sunscreen and pillows that you bought on sale because its time to go to the beach!

This week, Ina is helping out her friend and artist Victoria Monroe with an art gallery opening in East Hampton. Miguel is on the scene creating some show-stopping topiaries and Ina is in the kitchen whipping up a bevy of make-ahead finger foods. The menu includes grilled lemon chicken with satay sauce, figs with prosciutto, spanakopita, puff pastry cheese straws, and a fruit and cheese platter.

Ina is feeding an army of guests at Edwina Von Gal's book party but she's got it covered by following her make it ahead ground rules for entertaining large groups. On the menu are cheddar and chutney sandwiches, tuna tartare, smoked salmon Tea Sandwiches, and cupcakes to go with pansies on top!

Hasta la pizza, BABY! T.R. is joining Ina and a few friends for a backyard pizza barbecue this week. T.R. makes a hardware store run for some grilling accoutrement while Ina whips up the dough for the pizzas, a crudités platter, and a delicious lime tart. Michael joins the party, Ina gets tipsy, and T.R.'s piggy pizza is a front runner for the worst pizza. Bring out the Pepto Bismol!

This week Ina is bringing the Mediterranean to East Hampton (with the help of Miguel!). On the menu is grilled lamb, taboullleh, hummus (hoomiss), fresh squeezed lemonade, and roasted fruit for dessert. This flashback episode is one for the books filled with dappled lights, a seagull like squawk, and Ina's Julia Child impression!

This week Ina is boozing it up with some of her favorite recipes that feature alcohol. First up is red wine and stout braised short ribs followed by a delicious apple spiced cake with rum soaked raisins. Then its fennel soup gratin with FOUR types of alcohol followed by a delicious champagne VSOP cocktail. Cheers!

This week is all about seafood as Ina kicks things off with a batch of Cioppino with code, shrimp, scallops, and mussels. Bay scallop ceviche makes a perfect no-cook appetizer paired with fresh salmon with melting cherry tomatoes. The star of the show however is a perfect high/low mix with Connecticut lobster rolls!
