Barbara's daughter Cassandra is getting married and Ina is whipping up two show-stopping desserts for her to choose from for her wedding shower! Miguel stages two tables that both bring a little provençal and a little elegance to the mix while Ina prepares baba au rhum and ile flottante (floating island). Ina is hosting a pre-holiday party at her new barn and we're all invited!! On the menu is a mouth watering seafood gratin with lobster, halibut and shrimp bathing in a delicious saffron sauce. For dessert, a creamy pumpkin mousse, (there's no CLOYING pumpkin pie at THIS soiree!). Then it's outside to the new garden for mulled wine and s'mores filled with French chocolate bark.
