Welcome to WHAT’s Up: Wellness from the 3rd Floor. This podcast is provided by the Wellness and Health Action Team, also known as WHAT, from Portland State University’s Center for Student Health and Counseling (SHAC). We’re located in the Health Promotion Suite on the third floor of the University Center Building on campus. Our purpose with this podcast is to discuss a variety of health related topics in a way that will be accessible for our non-traditional campus.
