Week 42 - Apticx - BOREDTITAN ft. Huabun 18.10.2026
Hey everyone, this week its time for another collab with Huabun. Also caught a cold so huabun helping out and finishing the track while i was asleep was quite nice haha. So make sure to check his profile out too. 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)
Week 42 - zpeisman - Autumn Drive 18.10.2026
Another iOS M8 tune. This time with MIDI sequenced Minibrute 2 for the bassline; a concept I will revisit. 2026 Copyright All rights reserved
Week 42 - BTS - Uncanny Bioscape 18.10.2026
I started this week's track with a patch I created in VCV Rack. After I recorded some output of the patch, I went into PaulStretch to create a set of stretches with different settings. I then went into Reason to mix the stretches, add rhythmic elements and add effects. After a final mix, I mastered and exported the track. The track ended up reminding me of the Quake soundtrack and it's s...
Week 42 - Nyarlos - Welp 18.10.2026
Not even time to put a solo on, but some riffs and an end, will have to do! 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial (BY-NC)
Week 42 - Wisefire - FlitBector and GeqSater 18.10.2026
ive had an idea for a plugin for about 20 years, finally was able to make it real using Artificial Assistance. It's like a super weird bitcrush/samplerate effect. its called BitFlector Also had it make one of my ancient M4L plugins into a AU as well. Called SeqGater. Both are prominently used in this track. 2026 Copyright All rights reserved
Week 42 - mzunguko - REMEMBER 18.10.2026
Made some progress on the new studio this week, a bunch more to go so still just stuck with just the laptop this week. Getting used to the new place, neighborhood and the DAW change. I am hoping to have some studio jam sessions in the future, might even video tape them. I have never been one for social media so we will see. I hope everyone had a great week. Week 42 - Ruffian Price - Front Alley 18.10.2026
Been a while since I had OTT on every bus. It's your archetypical beat. The sax melody is simple but ended up surprisingly realistic dry. I bandpassed it to hell anyway, it comes with the territory. 2026 CC Attribution Share Alike (BY-SA)
Week 42 - MyloWhyTho - hexed 18.10.2026
// a little jam session with the m8 and hexdrums - recorded with aum // // final tweaks done in ableton // 2026 Copyright All rights reserved
Week 42 - neon liminal - entangled (wolf-rayet WR 70-16) 18.10.2026
The more haunting side of spooky season this week. Composed on the Dirtywave M8, mostly samples and an FM synth bass, vocals/dialogue added in Ableton afterwards. A few more notes below. This is sorta a succession to assymetric space, and by accident I ended up using essentially the same bass progression, but hey, it works, and these are both arguably prototypes though I think this track is more s...
Week 42 - Snyderman - PC Engine Stage Select 18.10.2026
Drawing upon some of those classic 90s stage and character select themes, think Streets of Rage 2. Using the Turbografx / PC Engine sound engine in Furnace this time. 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial (BY-NC)
Week 42 - electronic_tiger - Hammerhead Disco Shark | Techno to play WipEout to 18.10.2026
Back to music to play WipEout to with a thick, immersive techno jam. A sturdy wall of sound. With a lively bassline driving the track. Splashing around like the tail of a shark in the surf. The kick has more of a supporting role to make room for that thick bassline. And maybe that's a mistake? Maybe it should have been mixed in a bit louder? Overall it's a lot lower mids heavier th...
Week 42 - Dustsucker - Multidimensional Hot Dog 18.10.2026
"Sometimes beautiful things emerge, but usually they don’t." Busy days and low on inspiration this week, so it's time to fall back on old routines. M8 with OP-1F as an extra sound source, some oneshots from PO-133 mkII. Arranged and rendered on M8. The title was in part decided by the M8 random name generator. Also I ate a lot of sausage rolls this week. Like.. a lot. Roll up the bu...
Week 42 - embix - Forty, too 18.10.2026
My take on a classic. 2026 Copyright All rights reserved
Week 42 - Ashtom - Organical IV 18.10.2026
These days are not easy on me. I got a lot going on at work and my health is not great. I barely have the energy to make music and it feels like it's the same over and over these past few weeks. Having this restriction of using samples from the Polyend's free Palettes kind if help to get a start. Eventually this week, the samples are not very prominent but the music is still there. I...

Week 42 - skkmkk - Wake up 18.10.2026
Some slow bass breaks. Done entirely inside Dirtywave M8, and then possibly ruined by ”mastering” with iZotope Ozone. Well, if the levels are mashed to oblivion, at least I really like the arrangement - it’s very simple and leans towards todays’ fashion standards, i.e. Tik-Tok -short attention span boom boom tick and lots of listens with short song play time. :D Inspired by: Genix, Curly, Biscits,...
Week 42 - dadboy - Year 18.10.2026
Not a whole lot of them gray squares left on the home page, huh? I'm definitely running out of steam, but I'm feeling good, and the pressure is off. I'm OK if I don't crank out bangers for the rest of the year - I'm pretty content with how everything has been so far. In fact, I'm filled with gratitude for what I've gained this year. It hasn't necessarily bee...
Week 42 - Tomatron.Jones - Yeah Yeah Yeah 18.10.2026
I rediscovered the track 'Soft Shock' by Yeah Yeah Yeahs and really love it, the apparent simplicity yet complexity and memorability. This is basically a total rip-off of the sounds and feeling of Soft Shock. I didn't make as memorable a track, but it's fun realizing how much some of the sounds could be made with stock plugins. Pretty fun. * Drum samples from Splice * Synths, b...
