Two Broad Casters

In this episode the two broads discuss how amazing the human body is and seemingly the disconnect in our realization of the miracle it is.  We treat our bodies haphazardly until a system starts to go down.  We discuss how we should consider striving to change our relationship with food and our own self worth. Real self care.

Comfort zones. How comfortable are they? Perhaps it could serve us better by calling them discomfort zones.  In the pursuit of security, safety, regularity and success why are so many still unhappy?  Perhaps the things we pursue are not the things that bring us a sense of purpose? The Broads discuss.

The Two Broads discuss college a bit differently and drill into why it is so encouraged for everyone.  Why do so many believe it is "the way"? For far too many it just isn't and that should be okay and without societal shaming. College should be a place of real individual goals and value for oneself not merely grades 13-16 to "get a job". Salty takes on the topic.

We humans seem to have a bad tendency towards comparing our lives to others and many of the lives we compare ours to are to people we don't even know.  It's a trap and it keeps you away from what you should be becoming.  The 2 Broads waste no time getting salty on this topic and shed some light.
