Turn the Lens with Jeff Frick
Turn the Lens is about exploring the people, topics, and pieces of media that help shape my perspective on the world. The concept behind 'turn the lens' is to look beyond the foreground, beyond the obvious, to see things in a different context, to see things that you might have missed before. Let's get past our own bias and point of view to try and look from a broader point of view, to expand our learning beyond the obvious.

In this live look back to Girls in Tech, Inc. Catalyst Conference 2016, Jennifer shares a few of the values that have shaped her as a leader and more importantly, as a person. Perhaps you can incorporate some of these best pra...

Topics include working with the person you hired, enabling all people to contribute (not just the extroverts), re-thinking...

Was writing a post-about Nick Mehta and the Gainsight acquisition by Vista Equity Partners , but figured, I'd just do a quick video (my preferred format) and podcast audio. Periscope for now. Enjoy and Congrats Team Gainsight! Transcript & Show Notes YouTube Video
