Tigs Bits Podcast

On this weeks show it is pretty simple, I talk about briskets and rank my Top 5 brisket restaurants in Central Texas, the BBQ Capitol of Texas!  I have been on a quest of sorts since the late 90's to find the perfect brisket and it is pretty dang close at these places.   Head over to the Tigs Bits Facebook page and interact about these places. Let me know if you agree or disagree.  ...

Matt English, my former Co-Host on The Bottom Line BR radio show is this week's guest.  We discuss how the show started, how we met, talk about the great guests we had on, tell a couple of outrageous stories, and answer the question of why the show went away.   Follow us on Social Media Facebook  Instagram Twitter email - tigsbits@gmail.com

I visit with Carter "The Power" Bryant and we discuss the state of LSU Football, memorabilia and card collecting, NFT’s, and his experiences as a stand up comedian. It is truly a fun and interesting interview! On this weeks episode Dr. David Ware and I reflect on Sean Payton's illustrious career in New Orleans and the culture change he brought to the Crescent City.  We discuss some of the milestone games in Saint's history as well as the upcoming Super Bowl.
