The Open Book

On this episode, we expose the truth while being semi truthful and somehow still lying? Anyway, we find out the Open Book is just a saying...for most of us.

We never know where our guest will take each chapter, and this one, well she may have set a new bar. There was nothing she wasn't ready to discuss. She was truly an open book.

TV Shows, drugs, niggas, women....what didn't we talk about.

This was definitely a reflective episode. Where some of us realized we were bad people and others realized we still are bad people.

When our special guest brings on one of his best friends, and they turn out to be exactly alike....it was a recipe for a very interesting chapter. Stay tuned to find out what happens!

Season two is here and so are new unpredictable moments with the authors of The Open Book. The first guest of the season was just as knowledgable as she was fun to talk to. She brought the fun, the conversation, and some really good quotes. So get ready, this was one for the books...pun intended.

We ended this season with the superstar himself Mr. Vondon. We talked, accomplishments, goals, fears, and of course, we had to talk music. Big shout out to our other special guest, Party. You might want to turn your devices down for this one, cause we were definitely turned up. How things got this serious, we'll never know. But that's the Open Book Podcast for you, full of surprises and unnecessary debates (mainly caused by Segun).

This week we discuss stressful niggas, stressful people in general, and to top it off….this was definitely our most stressful upload. So we thought this chapter was deserving of its title.

All of us are at the point where we're either leaving our jobs or on the verge of doing so. Shhh for one of us its a secret. Plus with one of our most random most long winded special guest....lets just say we did and heard some weird stuff. Stay tuned for the fun, wild, random, and progressive ride!

Our special guest Charlene was ready to talk about any and everything! She literally jumped in on the freestyle, (stay tuned to find out when that happens). Although we had a lot of fun with our per usual random topics, she also proved to be a music guru. So lets get into some music talk and a whole bunch of other things!

This week we welcomed our first male guest Demetrius to the show. It was fun but....maybe we should take a break from our male guest. Too much testosterone can never be good.

Arguments/Debates can already be annoying. But some people make them even worse. Don’t know what I mean? Watch this chapter...or any of our chapters for that matter, and you'll find out. Can you count how many times one of us says thats my point?

The guys always wild a bit too much, but this time around they legit were on another level of being out of control. From getting on each other to going in on Nike...I guess they just woke up and chose anger this day.

If you haven't recognized by now, here at the Open Book we give our open and honest opinions about everything, state some facts, and also just talk about random things. I don't know why we can't just stay on task, but I guess it's just who we are. So enjoy the fun, factual, random rollercoaster that we call the Open Book.

On this chapter we dive deeper into one of the author’s cultural background with literal goats. Which was actually quite interesting. And ofcourse we talk about music and some of the G.O.A.T's within the industry. Random, but we make it work.

If only you knew what it took to make this episode. Let’s just say we really went through it to get here, but we made it! As always tho, we bring you bad jokes and just fun randomness. We talk about upcoming music for 2021, COVID vaccine incentives, and even play a little trivia. So be ready to laugh and to be confused and informed all at the same time.

On this episode it’s like we’re begging to get canceled. From Chris Rock to Masturbation to Chris brown….we talk about the things we honestly shouldn’t be. But hey, we’re just trying to live up to our name.

Bet y’all didn’t know that Segun is the biggest Martin Lawrence fan ever....neither did we! That and other things are what make this episode a must hear.

Unless you’re living under a rock, you’d know that A LOT of music was just released by some of the top hip hop artists. So of course we have lots to say about it. Make sure you prepare yourself for some unpopular opinions.

Can you believe we made it here? Neither can we, as much as we argue and said we’d quit. That’s why we’re celebrating by featuring a very special guest….KATTIIIEEE! She holds nothing back, so you know we have a good time.

At this point I think we need group therapy. As always we’re random and combative (thanks to Tyrone). However, this time we went in a bit too hard. If we don’t get help soon..... let’s just hope we make it to the next chapter.
