*this episode is more about facing pain and then letting it go. *Jeremiah 17:7 talks about really trusting God in our pain, we can know that he understands. *Release is more powerful than trying to press it down and suppress it. God knows what we feel and he's able to help us our comforters in our pain.

# When life is chaotic, tiresome we find ourselves in a place where we really need to turnaround in our situation! # How do we get to change to happen and begin going in a different direction? #Only God can reverse that's negative and make it work for the positive in our lives.
