Called Into More - WK4 23.02.2026

This morning we look at the life of Esther - how God called her from where she was to a place she wasn't necessarily comfortable with. The beautiful part of her story is that God used what made her uncomfortable to do amazing things! As we see in her life however, there is a difference in praying for more and stepping into more!

Called Into More - WK3 15.02.2026

Selfishly, we seek the blessing of God for what it means for us, but what if God's blessing isn't just about us? People like Abraham eventually came to understand the greater purpose of God's blessing on his life - to be a blessing to so many more! As we continue through the prayer of Jabez, we must remember that when we ask God to enlarge our territory and to bless us, that we must...

Called Into More - WK2 08.02.2026

We're called to make room for more - more of God, more grace, more impact in our world and more of the territory God has for us to claim for Him. Making room for more demands that we step out of our comfort zone to follow what He has for us - are we willing to do that to experience all that God has in store for us?

Called Into More - WK1 01.02.2026

It can be difficult for us to to see how something may come together when we're faced with challenges and reasons why it shouldn't work out, but that's cause we're tempted to look at the mountain in front of us and forget that Jesus walks with us in those moments! Often times, the greatest plans that God has for our lives is accompanied by an initial fear of the unknown, but ev...

Forward, Not Fearful - WK4 25.01.2026

When Moses led the people of Israel out of Egypt, they walked into obstacle after obstacle on their way to the promised land. The first of those obstacles was in fact the fortefied city of Jericho. The task in front of them looked to be impossible, but God had already done the impossible to get them out of the hands of the Egyptians. What miracle has He done in your life that you can look back on...

Forward, Not Fearful - WK3 18.01.2026

All too often we are found guilt of looking at what we don't have - the skills, finances, determination or confidence - rather than looking at what God has called us to do. The story of Gideon is the perfect example of wht God can accomplish in and through us if we are just willing to trust Him when it doesn't make sese. Fear has no place in our lives when God has called us forward.

Forward, Not Fearful - WK2 11.01.2026

It's easier to say than to take to heart, but God is for us! As we move forward, we have to remember that He goes before us and holds our tomorrow!

Forward, Not Fearful - WK1 04.01.2026

Stepping into what God has for us can be scary at times, but if we're unwilling to take that step we'll never accomplish everything that He has in store for us! Beginning this week we will look at how we can choose faith in the face of fear.

Scandalous Christmas - WK4 21.12.2025

The way the Christmas story unfolded isn't how we would have planned it out. The family situation would have been better, the timing would have been 'perfect', the accommodations would have been immaculate and the visitors would have been the world's leaders coming to worship Jesus. We see that God's plan was a little different - He invited the lowest of the low to be some...

Scandalous Christmas - WK2 07.12.2025

Joseph was put in a position where he had to trust in the face of a scandal. He had to trust what the angel told and what God was promising him with regards to Mary and the birth of Jesus. Socially, he had every right to terminate their marriage but he held fast to the promises of God in the midst of such a turbulent time - we can learn so much from the obedient of Joseph!

Scandalous Christmas - WK1 30.11.2025

The Christmas story is a scandalous one as we will see throughout the month. This morning we look at the scandalous pregnancy of Mary's and the implications it had.

The Prayer - WK4 23.11.2025

Forgiveness is an often overlooked portion of our prayer life - it's not fun or easy to look at our shortcomings. That being said, we need to work through our own areas of sin and to walk through forgiveness with our Heavenly Father if we ever hope to walk through the same situation with our relationships here on earth. This morning we are challenged in the area of forgiveness!

The Prayer - WK3 16.11.2025

As we continue our way through the Lord's Prayer, we start with looking at the daily bread we see in Matthew. While our minds go to an element of physical nourishment, it's so much more than that. We will be challenged through Scripture to look at what our Heavenly Father sees as our needs and how He feels on our behalf as we ask for Him to meet those very needs.

The Prayer - WK2 09.11.2025

Sometimes prayer can feel a little overwhelming to develop in our lives. The beauty of prayer is that it's simply a conversation with God. Throughout the month of October we will be looking at the The Lord's Prayer as blueprint for our prayer lives!

Love is the Greatest - WK4 26.10.2025

Love is the greatest because through love we experience victory! The nature of love is victorious at all times and the example of Jesus' love for us is the perfect picture of that victory!

Love is the Greatest - WK3 19.10.2025

Forgiveness is perhaps one of the most difficult actions of love that we can walk through as Christ followers. It can be painful, unfair and challenging but when we follow in the footsteps of forgiveness that Christ modeled for us we will experience an incredible freedom from situations that once held us hostage.

Love is the Greatest - WK2 12.10.2025

Humility is one of the greatest attributes of love. When put into practice, humility allows us to love others all while taking our pride out of the picture. Throughout His life, Jesus modeled loving everyone through humility, even as the Son of God!

Love is the Greatest - WK1 05.10.2025

Love can often be thought of as a sensitive or weak feeling and emotion, but really love is the greatest motivator, most fought for thing ever and something we all crave as people! Throughout the month we will look at why the commandment we have to love is the greatest!

Called to Minister - WK4 28.09.2025

Our families are our biggest responsibilities outside of our relationship with God. The real question is how do we actively and Biblically lead and minister to our family on a daily basis? This morning we're encouraged to do just that!

Called to Minister - WK3 21.09.2025

The ministry God has called us to doesn't stop at the doors when we leave the church but it continues with us! In fact, our calling to minister in our workplace is one of the greatest callings we have! God has specifically positioned us to love on, encourage and share His Gospel with those in our lives, even with the ones we have no choice but be with each day. If we're called to ministe...

Called to Minister - WK2 14.09.2025

As we look at the fact that we are in fact Called to Minister, this morning we look at the role we have to our communities! God has placed us, specifically, where He plans to use us, we just have to answer the call!

Called to Minister - WK1 07.09.2025

We have all been called by God to be involved in His desire to reach our world with the hope of Jesus! The church doesn't exist to be a spiritual checkmark on our to-do list, but instead exists to make an impact in our world and community! If we're going to be effective for Jesus, we have to realize we have responsibilities to be involved in ministry, even within our own church!

Approved - WK5 31.08.2025

As we seek to be approved by God we have to be willing to give Him every aspect of who we are, the good, the bad and the ugly. As we give him everything, He uses it all for His glory. As we look at the story of Abraham, we see he did this very thing and God used him as a result of it!

Approved - WK4 24.08.2025

Joseph was tested and approved all throughout his entire life - he could have been tempted to throw in the towel and give up on God's plan as it seemed to get him into trouble, but he would have missed out on the ultimate plan for his life! We learned from the life of Joseph that what the enemy means to harm us, God intends for good! We just have to stick it out and trust that God's plan...

Approved - WK3 17.08.2025

Often times approval happens after a time that we would describe as one of testing. When we are stretched or tested, it shows where we stand with God and whether or not we are worthy of being stamped as approved by Him. Here's the great part though - it's only through the work of our Heavenly Father that we can overcome the tests we experience in life!
