Taking a pause from our study in Acts to look at one of the churches planted on Paul's 2nd missionary journey in Thessalonica.  Looking at Chapter 1 in his letter to the church we learn faith, love, and hope driving us to the end with the practical of encouraging each other about the resurrection to come.

The people in Berea were considered more noble than those in Thessalonica.  Due to their everyday examination of the scriptures to see what Paul taught was true, they are held up as a tremendous example when the scriptures are presented.    While often used to describe an initial response, should it ever stop being our heart towards God's message.
