People who experience mental health issues often feel confused and uncertain. They may not understand why they are feeling the way they are, and this can be very frustrating. They may also worry that they are becoming a burden to their loved ones, which can lead to feelings of guilt and shame.

Our worldview affects our thoughts. We need to understand what kind of worldview we have and how it is affecting our responses to events, encounters, and experiences.

Last month was Mental Health Awareness Month. But we all know that a lot of people suffer from some form of mental health problem regardless of the month. It's encouraging that many people today are now aware of it. But what is the nature of their awareness? How do people understand mental health issues?

Lahat tayo ay busy. Ngunit ang mas importante na itanong sa ating sarili ay “Bakit ka busy?” Maraming dahilan kung bakit busy tayo. Pero minsan ang mga dahilan natin ay bunga lamang ng maling pagkaunawa patungkol sa buhay. Hindi masama ang maging busy basta naaayon lamang sa tamang dahilan kung bakit busy tayo.

Encouraging one another in the body of Christ is important. The Bible teaches us that we need to give and receive encouragement often. Encouragement is necessary for our walk of faith and helps us to persevere through difficult times. Let us learn this principle today.
