Since you can't buy the power of God, then it must be free! So, you can are eligible. You are qualified. Jesus has paid what needs to be paid. You don't have to prove yourself, or sweat it out, or repent long enough, or do anything – you can just receive.

God doesn't just provide instruction for Christian living – He provides power for Christian living. He wants to clothe you with power from on high.

   In John 17 we see Jesus lift his voice to the Father, first for himself, then for us, and finally for all who would believe, revealing a Savior whose is powerful, practical and personal.

On the night before he was executed, Jesus prayed. But He wasn't praying about the torture He was about to experience – He was praying for you.

In a world marked by anxiety, conflict, and constant change, Jesus offers His followers something radically different: a joy that endures. In this message, we explore how the Holy Spirit brings lasting joy to those who abide in Christ.

Jesus promises His follower that their sorrow will give way to joy because He has already triumphed over the struggles of the world.

  Jesus leaving the earth was the best thing that could ever happen for you! That's what He said to His first disciples and He would say it again to us today.

  The invitation to abide in Christ is an invitation for a life that is "out of this world." There's joy and peace that the world can't give – and there is also persecution for not being of this world. If you abide in Christ – if you are lovingly, affectionately, securely attached to the Son of God – you will experience His joy and His peace, and, you will experience the hatred of the world.

Friendship with JesusWe are, of course, called to love and serve God – but Jesus doesn't primarily want you as a servant, He wants you as a friend.

  What makes someone the best teacher? Wisdom? Patience? A way of making hard truths come alive?
