On this day two years ago, I started this podcast. And after two years the growth, reception, and interviews have been awesome. Today we celebrate two years of growth. And toast to many more years.

Men suffer in silence is a conversation that is not had in society. Therefore, the proper steps are not taken to make sure that these men feel safe to share their stoires for the rest of the world to hear. 

There are lots of men on that deal with, abuse, neglect, violence, and depression. Most of these men will eventually go seek help do to these issues. But for the most part most men will not tell people if they are having these issues. Therefore, most of these stories go unheard, or they fall under the radar do to the lack of men that come out to speak up. 

Loyalty and respect are said to be the cream and the crop of relationships. But most people think that they just need one of the two, and they will be find. What say you?

Loyalty, trust, respect, and so many other things are important in building a strong relationship. However, one of these things can affect how the duration of the relationship will go. Therefore, I ask the question: Is loyalty or respect more important to you?

In society we see cases of women being abused by men. But never do we see the same cases get as much attention when men are victims too. Today we talk about domestic violence and it’s affects on men in relationships. The video to this podcast is now on Spotify.
