Pray the Day

It's too easy to get turned around and led in the wrong direction if you don't know where you want to go. Choose wisely, choose purposely, choose God.

God gave me this Psalm this morning. Please stand with me on it in faith and trust. May God's will be done. Also, please forgive the sudden volume increase in the middle of the recording. I had to stop and come back to it and ended up way too close to the mic. Oh, gosh!

God is always there. Have trust and faith in His will and plan.

On this beautiful June day, let's pray a prayer in reparation for the sin of blasphemy.

God creates each of us willfully and purposely and lovingly. I am grateful for all of you. (And I wish I knew who originally said the quote in the episode title because I have loved it for many years -- though the original says I'm instead of you're.)

We all need help sometimes -- don't be too proud to ask for it. The enemy seeks to attack us when we are weakest. It's in those moments that we need to run straight to God. Whether it's in times of temptation or physical danger, sometimes we just can't fight alone -- our deliverer is the Lord. Let's humble ourselves and ask for His help.

God prepares us for whatever He calls us to do.

Ever had a sleepy day? 😴 Me, too! Let's pray it through. And let's pray for our priests while we're at it.

God pays attention to the little things, and so should we! :) My daughter has a new home, I have a new job (my dream job for this season in my life), and we are celebrating. Take time to acknowledge, give thanks for, and celebrate even the little moments in your life.

God sometimes speaks through pop songs on the radio. :) It's a great day to dance with the Lord, no matter what your circumstance is. Choose joy!
