Wow ! Massive respect to Marko @grew_2806 for opening up about his big list of bad luck and difficulties growing up. It seems the nicest of folk get dealt the worst cards but only a true soldier comes through with a smile on his face! Listen to his story and how since the last chat in April he surprisingly decided to give plant based a go. Not only has it changed his health for the better but he&#...

Fair play to @asem_qima who makes up the small minority of those who can walk the walk ! From the instagram comments section to the face off we look into islamic beliefs surrounding suffering and halal. I learnt that the Islamic point of view actually aligns with Veganism on the basis of suffering but doesn't necessarily back it up. We also talk about dietary benefits, deficiencies and the inc...

Cracked a beer with a legend of the game @jamiekhudson (Hudson). On top of us talking about us being tattooed onto each others leg, we listen to Hudsons mad story of how he defied the odds and survived a horrible ordeal just 6 years ago and how changing his diet and lifestyle has allowed him to not only survive but smash out ultra-marathons for fun. The legend Lee Brace (@bracealmighty) or (@plant_braced) with an hours chat on his vegan story. We spoke about being on stage, food, losing friends, the odd behaviour of some and how his method of activism comes in comical form. It's good to see such a dark topic portrayed in a different way and how this might be key in changing perceptions. This man needs to be on stage at VCO 2024! Cheers Le...

@thebodybuildingvegan tuned it from Florida to talk about how he went plant based at just 10 years old and Vegan at 13! The most dench guest to grace the NBP.
