What we tell ourselves and what we have come to belief through our own internal dialogue shapes our thought that create emotions that shapes our feelings that leads to habit and these are critical to the story we tell ourselves.

What you have opened your mind to is what as become your religion and what you have deified also becomes your God this is where the complexity takes place. So who is God and what is religion?.

Social construct are shaped by social institutions from ivy league to big organizations that use marketing and advertising to shape the lies we tell ourselves that creates consumerism and how we are to work, live and retire. They imbibe what I call social construct.

Perception is when we see beyond our signs and try to understand it at its root while deception is not seeing the situation for what it is.

This is based on Deutsch's philosophy of the beginning of an infinity of knowledge where I agree and disagree with some of his take on the issue.

Resistance from a psychological perspective like anxiety prevent us from doing what is neccessary to grow if we don't take action. Putting us in a state of entropy.

The mind tells us the unseen connection between us and our environment and how we fail to see the roles it plays in our existence or in the scheme of things. You call it cosmos or matter .

We are individual to a certain point but yet collective as a society. Culture may vary but we have to fill our roles to make society better for all.

How do you experience the power of increase? Do you see it first as a sign before you experience the power of it .

Do you interrupt your thought because you are aware or do you allow disruption due to lacking awareness?.

Are you just existing or experiencing life? What difference have you made based on your experience or you just exist.

How you see wealth or money depends on what you think of it and how you use it, it is not evil to have it and if you think so then you die poor .

An end in mind is what shapes the here and now that is the future shapes the present and not the other way round.

We are presented with the opportunity to manage what we are given not to own it. You own nothing because you came with nothing.

Most of us lack self compassion because we have a pre-judgement mindset as human beings we don't see things as they are rather we see them for what we think it is.

Africans are poor because of the way they think and that same thought pattern found it's way into politics .

It is not a random event that shapes your day it is why you do what you do that makes your day and that is purpose over a period of time.

The day is the day it as never changed but kept repeating itself over and over again.

Which do you prefer joy, happiness or well being?. For me is joy what of you?. The choice is yours.

We are of different race with different realities so who do we love and why do we hate?.

Sin is an emotion because it has made us to abandon love as we are and Imbibe vices that is not of us as humans creating crisis.

We are the creators of our own Goliath by adopting the wrong perception and perspective that shapes our experience that becomes a Goliath. Adopting the right perception and perspective that shapes our experience makes us a David in dealing with the Goliaths of our life even if we developed the wrong perception or perspective before.

It is good to realize but at what time is another question
