You're on a high from celebrating with friends and family at the weekend, but you're now sat in a doctors office being told you've got an old man's disease. With the PSA reading over the threshold of 3.5, I now need the full spectrum of tests to confirm if it is indeed prostate cancer: the flow test, ultrasound, MRI scan and getting the very 'special' offer on - every mans favourite - the digital rectal examination.
