I recorded a short scream and started looping, slowing and speeding up. Recorded a snatch of radio from the KOMA field kit and stretched and compressed it into an audio dough de dodo

I used 2 d10s to select albums, and then two d20s to select the track. I rolled 2,3 and 2,16 which meant both tracks came from Sevenism's 777minus1. Wait was an undulating piano arpeggio slowing to a sustained chord and "What We Do Instead" which was a cluster of delayed plucks. The patches were mostly little generative sequences and I improvised by tinkering around with the virtual knobs.
