Part of the problem, is that businesses either don't know the difference, or they are afraid of what consequences might come if they don't allow everyone with a "service animal" access. Despite popular opinion, ignorance isn't a bad word. Most people who don't understand visual impairments, or disabilities in general, are simply not educated on the subject. The good news is, we can change that if we work together!

Some things should just be kept to yourself. Knowing who's around you when you're talking is really important. These are some things that I believe you should never say out loud around a blind person.

Regardless of whether or not you have a disability, or what that disability may be, if you work a job, the importance of having a good work ethic is immeasurable.
