Leasehold abuse is commonplace. Leasehold abuse is unfair, unethical, very often unlawful, and, well, downright abusive if you are at the sharp end of it. Many do not fully understand the various complexities of leasehold as not only we not trained lawyers but have no idea as to what to do about it, or where to turn.
