Today I talk about waiting as preparing, tarrying, expecting and forseeing. I contrast with wasting (time, opportunities and resources).

So today, I begin a series on waiting . I have had to think a lot recently about all my plans and how uncertainties are taking over. I share deeply my thoughts because I think this is a period when we just wait. Waiting can be depressing or uplifting. I hope mine is uplifting, follow this space as I share.

What do you do when you lose the ability to do the only thing you felt you could do almost flawlessly? What if you lost your voice? Or your good looks? So, mathematical sociology teaches us that in interpersonal relationships, there are strong ties, weak ties and absent ties. I find the weak ties theory really interesting though and I share with us what I think about it. Today, I talk to us about people who we meet on our way to fulfilling purpose, people who may not stay in our lives but who genuinely just existed in it at the said time to help...

I have talked about a lot of stuff in the last 40 episodes but never really about the right relationships. Today, I talk to us about our associations, and the importance of letting people who uplift us stay in our lives... Listen in

An effective vision needs to be: Inspiring, strategically sound, Documented and communicated... Listen in as I shed more light.

The importance of writing down our visions is so we waste no time. Today though, we go steps further. So we don't stop at writing, we get physical pictures of all the stuff we want to achieve and we make VISION BOARDS... We run when our minds see pictures, but we fly when our eyes see pictures.

So today I begin my podcast for 2020. It's a new season and so, I talk to us about why our visions and plans are so important. I focus on the ability to revisit our visions and pull ourselves together as an important aspect of visioning. Listen in.

Moving Forward may mean continuing or Actually moving on. Its continuing when the timeline for our set goals is not up. It is moving on when there is nothing we can do about our failures.

Self Evaluation requires a retreat, it requires paying attention circumspectly to our lives, our goals and their timelines. To make an informed Evaluation, we must withdraw and be pensive. We must also write down our goals, milestones, successes, failures and short comings. Listen in

Today I talk about waiting for prefect conditions before we start to pursue our vision. I don't think there's ever a time when we'd not have fears about the stuff we want to start. I tell all my listeners that perfect conditions delay all of us. We must rise and not just want to rise. But to rise we must start and hope to grow.
