We learned about two of the most important people in our history today, Frederick Douglass and Harriet Tubman!!!

This episode, we talked about different fun activities that we can do with our 'Littles' of all ages for the rest of the summer season.

We read about a cute little kitty, Fluffy McWhiskers and how other animals would explode once they saw how cute she was. Also, read about Sojourner Truth in Little Leaders: Bold Women In Black History. Then, in Little Legends: Exceptional Men In Black History, we learned about James Armstead Lafayette!!!!

1) A curious 🤨 little girl, full of questions from the time she woke up to the time she was tucked in for the night. Finally found a question that she researched, came up with a solution and got her friends involved!!! 2) A little girl that had an affinity for cake!!!! Couldn't resist until she'd eaten a WHOLE chocolate cake and tried to make another one to replace it. . .

These are two books out of the Llama Llama series. One gets us ready to start the day and the other one helps us to wind down.

We read about the Pout Pout Fish and how he went through the sea being gloomy until he met a new fish 🐟 that helped change his perspective and we also read about a little unicorn 🦄 that thought and spoke of all the wonderful things his/her mom was to them!!!

In the episode, we learned about Benjamin Banneker and Phillis Wheatley.

These two books are about 2 girls with their own 'super power!!!' One, her voice and the other, her hair!!!!

The Pout-Pout Fish is about a gloomy fish the has a change of heart/attitude after running into different friends in the sea. My Mom is Magical is about a little unicorn describing all of the great attributes about her mom!!!

Two stories about two little boys exploring and appreciating their heritage and where they come from.

The Pigeon. . . tells of how the pigeon is tricked into showing his 'happy' face and Brown Bear. . . goes through a series of animals asking what do they see looking at them?

These are two cute little books from the Llama Llama 🦙 series!!! One takes us through Llama Llama's night routine, while the details whether or not Llama Llama knows how to share. . .

This cute little book gives just SOME of the reasons why we all love our dads!!!

Author's Underwear is about Authur and his friends having nightmares about loosing their pants 👖 in public. Jaha And Jamil Went Down The Hill is an African nursery rhyme book.

This week's episode is a storytime. Book 1: Photos and passages describing moms and their children in different stages of life, doing different things from different parts of the world. Book 2: Taking us through the alphabet, giving objects that start with each letter of the alphabet.
