I have some great predictions for 2023 and the RV business, and also updates on my dream job.

We are moving to Oregon. California is just out of control. Its just time. We have decided to buy a 5th wheel and park it on my mom's property for awhile as we wait out this weird economy. Plus I talk again about the Buyers Market and Interest rates. Breaking down that dealers can take loss's at 30-40% back of what they bought things for. 2009-2011 is not going to happen again.

Well its was confirmed through last weeks Dealership Open House that we are truly in a buyers market. Also a great update on Jenks Lake, and general thoughts on the economy and recession vs correction on todays episode

What else is there to say. We are to the point of dealers wanting to move inventory fast. They are not carrying about profit right now. Since I was a kid, I loved going to this lake. I would float tube in the biddle of the lake and catch trout, bass, catfish, and crappie.
