Welcome to the Free Spirited Birth podcast. This podcast is for the woman that has or is wanting a more holistic approach towards pregnancy, birth and postpartum. If you are curious about physiologic birth and our innate wisdom as women to birth undisturbed - then you are in the right place. My name is Heaven Leigh, and I am a certified holistic doula and reiki teacher who believes in full body autonomy and going against the grain... even in birth! I created this podcast to be a safe space to ask controversial questions, receive information that will hopefully shift your perspective, hear positive birth stories and to empower women/mothers... and all things in between! This space is meant to activate you and me, together.
